Proven detail
Most new ideas seem to start as an article, then comes the book and finally the proponent works out how to make it a process. This is what happened with Re-engineering for example.
As usual, I’ve done it the other way round.
First I developed the detailed processes – the step-by-step top-to-bottom processes. Then I developed the understanding ebooks on a range of topics that enabled everyone to be on the same page and have the same level of understanding on key topics.
Now I’m finalising ‘the book’ – and you can be involved in its finalisation.
