To my knowledge, no individual or organisation has tried to do what I have done – to revisit every aspect of project delivery from 'Corporate Planning' through to 'Benefits Realisation' and each process and role redefined along the way, it has taken 20 years.
But I have proven that this new approach to projects can consistently double or more the realised returns from projects. At least double the returns for the same level of investment – that must be worthwhile.
